All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). rtpbet does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not operate currency conversion services. Any deposit made in a currency other than IDR will be rejected and returned to the originating account, subject to any applicable bank fees.
Important: Always use the exact bank account number provided in the deposit instructions on the rtpbet platform. Bank account numbers for deposits may change periodically. rtpbet accepts no responsibility for funds transferred to an incorrect or outdated account number obtained from an unofficial source.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the rtpbet account holder. rtpbet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawal requests are subject to applicable KYC verification requirements being satisfied.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits and daily withdrawal caps are displayed within the Player's account dashboard and may vary based on account tier and KYC verification status. rtpbet actively monitors account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing wagers to lock in a guaranteed profit from bonus funds (known as "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage"), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times, and any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine gaming activity. Where bonus abuse is detected, rtpbet reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, restrict future bonus eligibility, and suspend or permanently close the account.
rtpbet may offer special promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural occasions — including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Ramadhan, Nyepi, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — as well as major sporting events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, the FIFA World Cup, the AFF Cup, and the Indonesia Open badminton tournament. All such promotions are subject to their own specific terms and the general conditions of this clause.
All sports betting markets, live casino games, slot titles, and other gaming products offered on the rtpbet platform are subject to the specific game rules and bet settlement procedures applicable to each product, as published within the relevant game interface or product section.
Sportsbook wagers are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI, BWF, FIBA). rtpbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, rtpbet reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money and Bonus Funds, pending investigation. Where no breach is found and the account closure is initiated by the Player, real-money balances (excluding unconverted Bonus Funds) will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method following completion of KYC verification.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rtpbet customer support at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days. Any outstanding wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules, and the resulting balance will be subject to the withdrawal conditions in Clause 7.
